Todd has taught Introduction to Biblical Greek and Hebrew at the Bible Institute of the Christian Baptist Church, located in Sarajevo and the Bible School of the Evangelical Church, located in city of Mostar in Bosnia. He also taught at the Theological Biblical Academy in Krapina, Croatia. Todd served as editor for a number of biblical reference materials that were translated into Croatian or Bosnian, including Hebrew and Greek grammars and exegetical materials. The Bosnian Training & Resources Team (BTRT) also developed a web site hosting free biblical and theological studies materials in Bosnian as well as the sister dialects of Croatian and Serbian. In addition Todd has served in church planting, preaching and training, and the translation of evangelistic and discipleship materials, as well as overseeing a Bosnian language program for new missionaries.
Pamala served in a hospitality ministry, personal evangelism, home schooling their children and serving on the English library committee. The team maintained a 10,000 volume library in English, as a tool for outreach to Bosnians and for resources for other expatriate home schoolers. In addition, they maintained a theological library of 1,000 volumes, and helped maintain a 4,000 volume library for the local Bible institute.
Todd and Pamala were married at FBC in 1989, and in 1992, Todd was FBC's first pastoral intern before heading to Croatia.
