Women's Ministries
Purpose Statement:
To communicate a true understanding of Jesus Christ and God's Word in an atmosphere of love so that others will respond to Him and lives will be changed to reach their full potential in Christ.
The Women's Ministry strives for balance with three areas of ministry: Spiritual/Discipleship, Service and Outreach.
Here are some ministries currently available for women:
Bible Studies -- Currently, two Bible studies are being offered for women.
- A Tuesday morning Bible study meets weekly from 9:00 to 11:15 a.m. Childcare is provided.
- An evening Bible study meets every-other Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
Prayer and Share — A prayer time held the third Monday of every month. The meeting location rotates between the homes of those involved, so watch the bulletin for this month’s hostess.
Bound Together – The Women’s Book Club meets the first Monday of each month and discusses a new book.
Memory Makers — Scrapbooking time on the second Friday of every month from 7 p.m. to midnight in the Sunday School Building. Come and go as you can!
Essence of Christmas — A large event to kick off the Christmas season and get you in the true spirit of the season. This event is held the first Monday after Thanksgiving and includes food, fellowship, and a special speaker.
